I need a complete rebuild of an existing wooden terrace at a private house in Tallinn. The old terrace is at the end of its life: the substructure beams and support posts are rotten (several rotted right through), many deck boards are broken or rotted at the ends. I have already removed half of the old decking.

Scope of work:
• Replace all the top beams which are rotten
• Apply butyl joist tape to all joist tops and include a drainage detail at board butt-joints, so water cannot sit in the frame.
• Install new decking boards.

Size: Approximately 59 m².

Materials: I already have some new pressure-treated boards and beams, stainless A2 screws, butyl joist tape, wood impregnant for cut ends. Please state in your offer whether you will use my materials (labour-only price) or supply your own, and quote both if possible.
