We would like to modernize our existing bathroom and separate WC and would appreciate quotations for both:

1. A cosmetic facelift/refresh option.
2. A full renovation option.

Current bathroom features:

* Bathtub with glass screen
* Vanity sink cabinet
* Brown wall tiles
* Tiled floor
* Separate WC with floor-mounted toilet

Our goals:

* Modern Scandinavian style
* Warm luxury appearance
* Easy-to-clean surfaces
* Reduced watermarks and maintenance
* Family-friendly and durable materials

Facelift Option:

* Refresh or cover existing brown wall tiles
* Refresh or replace flooring
* Replace silicone and grout where needed
* Upgrade shower fixtures and lighting
* Install bidet spray beside toilet
* Improve storage and shelving
* Restore or replace shower glass if necessary

Full Renovation Option:

* Remove bathtub and install a walk-in shower with easy-clean glass
* Replace wall and floor tiles with large-format tiles
* Install wall-hung toilet with concealed cistern
* Install bidet spray
* Upgrade vanity, storage, lighting and fixtures
* Complete waterproofing and plumbing works as required

Preferred finishes:

* Beige, greige, stone or travertine look
* Large-format tiles with minimal grout lines
* High-quality, low-maintenance materials
