I am looking for someone in Tallinn to modify part of an existing kitchen.
The kitchen is currently too large for the living room space. I want to remove part of the existing kitchen and make the layout more compact.
-- Scope of work
- Remove selected existing kitchen cabinets:
- lower cabinets on the left side of the cooker area
- upper cabinets above that section
- Install 2 IKEA METOD base cabinets
- One of the new cabinets will be for a built-in oven and hob
- Move/position the new oven + hob cabinet according to the planned layout
- Install a new worktop for the modified section
- Cut the worktop to size
- Make the necessary cutout for the hob
- Make the necessary cutout for new sink and install sink
- Repair the wall where cabinets are removed
- Adjust legs, plinth, or supports if needed
- Install side cover/end panel on the exposed left side of the fridge

The current worktop height is approximately 850 mm, and I would like the new section to match the same height.
Standard IKEA METOD legs are likely too high, so a custom low-support solution may be needed, such as shorter adjustable feet, a custom plinth, or another safe support method.

Please check whether the oven/hob can be safely installed at this height, including ventilation requirements and worktop thickness.
Please also confirm whether you can handle the oven/hob electrical connection, or whether a certified electrician is needed.

2. Kas uue ahju ja pliidiplaadi täpsed mudelid on juba valitud (või olemas), et kontrollida nende paigaldusmõõte ja ventilatsiooninõudeid?
3. Kus paiknevad olemasolevad vee-, kanalisatsiooni- ja elektriühendused ning kas need jäävad uue valamukapi ja ahjukapi asukohaga samasse tsooni või on vaja ümbertõstmist?
4. Milline on seina viimistlus eemaldatavate kappide taga (nt värvitud kips, plaat, tapeet) ning kas soovite ainult parandust või ka kogu nähtava ala üleviimistlust?
5. Kas uus tööpind (materjal ja paksus) on juba olemas/valitud ning kas see tuleb ühendada olemasoleva tööpinnaga või jääb täiesti eraldiseisvaks lõiguks?

2. The exact oven and hob models are not purchased yet. I plan to use IKEA built-in appliances, but I would like the installer to confirm the required ventilation before I buy them.
3. The sink/water connection will stay in the existing sink area. The modification is mainly around the cooking/fridge side. The oven/hob position will not change compared to the current large cooker but electrical connection needs to be checked.
4. From the visible area it seems like a painted wall. I would like the removed-cabinet areas repaired and made visually clean. Full refinishing of the whole visible wall is not necessarily required unless the removed cabinets leave a very uneven result.
5. Old worktop should be completely removed and new one should be installed on all areas.
When would you like the job to be done?
