I am seeking a certified architect or construction designer who can:
- Provide or approve the necessary building plans or sketches for these changes
- Advise whether an ehitusluba (building permit) or ehitusteatis (construction notice) is required
- Assist with the submission process to the Tallinn City Planning Department (Pirita district)

📝 Optional Notes
I am willing to provide current photos, original layout, and a site visit if necessary.
The area does not appear to be under strict uniform planning, but confirmation from city officials will be part of the process.
