I think my boiler expansion tank is problematic; work:
Please come and fix my gas boiler, the brand is thermex. I think the problem is expansion tank. But may be something else I am not so sure.
When I open hot water the pressure is going up and its giving water from the safety valve

Küsimused hanke korraldajale
If you do, how is the pressure. Is it lower then normal or higher?
Regards
Korraldaja vastus: 28.09.2024 01:03
Can you add a photo of the pressure relief valve?
First we would have to change the pressure relief valve (safety valve). Common fix is a faulty valve. If that is not the problem, then on to the expansion tank etc.
I will make an offer for the inspection and replacement of the safety valve. If that doesnt fix the problem and the problem is due to High temperature or excessive pressure in the Overalli system the other work are needed. Price of that after consultation if possible to carry out.
